Service Description

This class is all about play. Caregivers get to spend quality time in the present moment as we explore yoga and mindfulness through games, music, songs and dance. Little ones are free to be themselves and participate in any way they are called. Sometimes they just watch! Sometimes they try everything! It is all wonderful and perfect. Caregivers must be present and are encouraged to participate. Wear comfortable clothing for movement, no experience needed.
