HD Yoga

Modern Athletic Yoga

A challenging 60 minute flow that incorporates movement with breath. Precise verbal cues and hands on adjustments by our talented team of instructors will guide you through these athletic flows. Classes are moderately paced and low impact, yet deliver a high intensity workout using isometric holds to strengthen and lengthen your body. Step progressions to poses make this class accessible to all yoga experience levels. 

HD Yoga Wheel

Balance, Strength and Symmetry

HD Yoga Wheel is a unique 60 minute yoga class that incorporate the Yoga Wheel into practice. This class includes high intensity, yet low impact strengthening exercises such as core crunches and lunge sliders followed by restorative full body lengthening and supported, safer backbends. Practice focus with breath work and challenge the sometimes difficult to activate stabilizer muscles with fun, balancing poses. HD Yoga Wheel is the ultimate mind-body challenge and a unique way to mix up your routine!

Gravity Massage

Relax & Restore

A relaxing and restorative 60 minute class led by an HD instructor guiding you through a full body massage with Yogabody balls followed by deep, extended stretching. This class is great for relieving tension in your myofascial connective tissue that may be caused from intense athletic activities, stress or holding your body in an unnatural position for an extended period of time such as in a work situation or sleeping position. No yoga experience required for this class. 

Total Trapeze

Suspension Strengthening & Lengthening

In this 60 minute Total Trapeze experience, you can expect the first half of class to be a high intensity, strength training workout. The second half of class will be more relaxing as we move through body lengthening exercises and inversions to create space in your spine.

Warning - This class can sometimes cause dizziness for those that are not used to being upside down or suffer from motion sickness. Please contact us to schedule a FREE, personal 20 minute session to try an inversion if you are not sure how your body will react to this type of class. 

This class is not recommended for those that are pregnant, have high blood pressure, a heart condition, glaucoma, a recently fractured back or leg, osteoporosis, or hernias. Please consult with your doctor before joining a class if you have any health conditions or injuries that may put you at risk in this class. 

Trapeze Gravity

Relax & Restore

A relaxing and restorative 60 minute class that uses gravity and the support of the Trapeze to safely and gently pull you into deep, full-body stretching and spinal traction with hanging inversions. Expect to hang upside down from your hips while practicing calming breathing exercises. This class ends with a 10 minute floating mediation in a Trapeze Cocoon.

Full Body Suspension Strengthening

A full 60 minute high intensity and low impact strengthening workout with the use of the Trapeze straps for suspension and body-weight training.
