Trapeze at Kooks!

Come HANG at Kooks Cafe by the beach in Rye, NH! Join us for a 60 minute Trapeze Gravity class on a grassy area by a beautiful marsh. After class, enjoy a complimentary TACO & BEER or SMOOTHIE at Kook's new TIKI BAR! This class will be slow paced, relaxing and accessible to all levels!

Private in YOUR Backyard

Book a private or private group class for you and your friends in your own backyard. Or, if you are a business owner and are interested in collaborating on a special event, please reach out! We currently have 5 Trapeze stands available that can be set up on a flat yard or deck area. Each stand takes up a 10 foot by 10 foot footprint. You will need 30 feet by 20 feet for all 5 stands.

Backyard HD Yoga

Check the schedule for pop up Backyard yoga at Haley's house in Rye, NH! This class will be a 60 minute athletic flow for all levels! Bring your own yoga mat and water.
